Services
Full Service – 1 Time Per Week
Our technicians will test water for chlorine, pH, acid demand, and total alkalinity. Water is treated with necessary chemicals to ensure sanitation and proper balance. He or she will also perform the following:
- Clean top and bottom surfaces of debris.
- Brush the perimeter tile-line. (cleaning suntan oils and organic materials from tile-not mineral deposits)
- Brush pool surface.
- Clean skimmer and pump baskets (as needed).
- Clean pool sweep bag and screens (as needed).
- Vacuum as needed.
- Cartridge filters will be cleaned twice a year for an additional charge depending on size/type.
- Conditioner will be applied periodically at an additional, one-time annual charge.
- Pool/Spa equipment will be activated and checked for proper circulation and timers will be checked for accuracy.
- Rainy day schedules shall consist only of chemical testing of the water, adding any necessary chemicals and checking the operation of all pool equipment.
Executive Services – 2 Times Per Week
Our technician will visit your home two times a week and provide all the services listed under the Full Service above.

START UP
We provide your newly plastered pool with the correct start up procedure to ensure it looks great longer.
ALGAE CLEAN UP
With over 20 years of experience our technicians turn your green pool back to the clear blue it should be for you and your family to enjoy. If you have a pool that has not been cleaned in far too long green algae will grow, creating murky green water that appears impossible to clean up. We regularly work with real estate agents and homeowners that need to have a swampy pool cleaned up either before or after a home sale.
COMMERCIAL SERVICE
ACS – Pools and Spas also provide commercial services twice weekly, providing your pool with everything it needs to stay open and up to date on all safety guidelines.
ACID WASH
This treatment of the pool surface during an acid wash will remove most stains on plaster pools. The acid will remove a thin layer of the plaster surface. The result will be a cleaner pool surface without a costly full re-plaster project.
ACID WASH FOR BLACK BOTTOM AND COLORED POOLS
This technique requires that the pool remain filled with water. Acid is then poured into the existing water to slowly lower the ph level. By doing this, the pool color will not be damaged.
